Infiniti FAQs
Common questions before booking. If yours isn't covered, give us a call.
Which Infiniti models do you service?
We service Infinitis including the Q50, Q60, Q70, QX50, QX60, QX70 and QX80, plus older G37 and FX models. Call +971 50 379 4432 if you are unsure.
Why does my Q50 judder in traffic?
Old gearbox fluid, heat or a transmission fault can cause judder. We check fluid condition, scan for faults and explain whether servicing or repair is needed, in writing.
Why is my QX80 AC weak in the back?
Rear cooling relies on extra lines and blowers, so a leak or blower fault is common. We test the full system and give you a written quote before any repair.
My Infiniti clunks over bumps. What could it be?
Worn control arm bushes, links, mounts or shocks are typical causes. Our 360-degree inspection checks each part and your written quote lists what needs replacing.
Do you check overheating problems?
Yes. We pressure-test the cooling system and inspect the radiator, fans, hoses and thermostat, then explain the cause and quote the repair in writing.
When are you open?
We are open Monday to Saturday from 8:00 to 21:00 and Sunday from 9:00 to 18:00 at Mussafah 13, Abu Dhabi. Every service includes a free car wash.
