Polestar FAQs
Common questions before booking. If yours isn't covered, give us a call.
Do you service Polestar cars?
We inspect and repair Polestar models for brakes, suspension, AC, electrical faults and more. Call +971 50 379 4432 with your model and year first, so we can confirm the work before booking.
Why do electric car brakes need checking?
Regenerative braking means the discs are used less, so they can corrode or build up deposits. We inspect pads, discs and fluid and tell you plainly what needs attention.
Do EVs wear tyres faster?
Often, yes. Weight and instant torque add stress, and poor alignment makes it worse. We check tyre condition and wheel alignment, and report our findings in writing.
Can the 12-volt battery cause problems?
Yes. A weak 12-volt battery can cause warnings and starting problems even when the main battery is charged. We test it and can replace and programme a new one.
Is a written quote provided?
Always. You receive a written quote after the full 360-degree inspection, and nothing proceeds until you approve it. Our workmanship carries a warranty.
Where are you based?
We are at Mussafah 13, Abu Dhabi. Hours are Monday to Saturday 8:00 to 21:00 and Sunday 9:00 to 18:00.
